Recipes

When John was writing fishing articles for a number of Northern Territory newspapers he adopted a format of choosing a species of fish to write about, describing how to catch it, telling a yarn about himself or his companions involving that fish, including a recipe and suggesting a wine or beer to go with the meal.

Over the years he has collected fishing recipes from many friends and would like to share them with you.

From Nancy Damaso Cut raw chicken into the size you want add onion, garlic, potato and celery add a little oil and curry power and simmer. (DO NOT ADD WATER OR STOCK). When cooked add water or stock, a cap of vinegar and sugar and dark soy sauce.
